By using the Naam Japa Counter application or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

Naam Japa Counter is provided for personal chanting, meditation, and habit-tracking support. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app.

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws.

You may optionally create an account in the app (via Email or Google) to synchronize your practice sessions to the Appwrite cloud, which enables progress recovery across devices.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraudulent or abusive activities.

If you do not create an account or choose not to synchronize your data, your practice records (Japa counts, completed malas, settings, and custom mantras) are stored strictly on your device using a local SQLite database.

Logging out of your account or deleting the application will clear all local records from your device. We cannot guarantee recovery of local-only data that has not been synchronized to the cloud.

The app is a counting and tracking support tool. It does not guarantee spiritual, religious, health, emotional, or personal outcomes.

Any discipline, mantra, routine, or practice you follow remains your own responsibility.

To keep the app accessible, we may display non-personalized ads using the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). Your interaction with advertisements is subject to AdMob's policies and tracking permissions.

The app name, visual design, logos, website content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the Naam Japa Counter team.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials except as allowed by applicable law or with written permission.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or website at any time.

We aim to provide a peaceful and reliable experience, but the app and website are provided 'as is' and 'as available'.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naam Japa Counter and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the app or website.
